Nic and Sarah, Pre-Wedding Portrait. 5th September 2007

I met Nic and Sarah in Busselton for their portrait. The afternoon was practically perfect, warm, sunny and just Divine!!!!

There is something so iconic about the Jetty in Busselton. You cant go there without a photo or two. It makes a fantastic backdrop.

Nic and Sarah’s Big Day is in November, down in Margaret River. I’m very much looking forward to it as Margs is one of my favorite places in the world.

Kyah and Chris, 18th August 2007

This was one of the easiest weddings Ive ever had the privilege to be a part of! Kyah and Chris were so easy going, so happy to be getting married and didn’t even worry when their Bridal Party got lost during the photo shoot!

I must admit, its easy to shoot when your working with someone as gorgeous as Kyah….

Their Ceremony was held at St Boniface Cathedral , a beautiful church here in Bunbury.

We travelled to the old Hogs Breath Cafe on Victoria st, and then to the tumbling down house in Australind. The Bridal Party went through a bottle shop drive through on the way and then got lost!! They finally found us thank goodness and we proceeded to shoot some great images.

Sunset was beautiful. Thank goodness they got married on the Saturday, as the next day, it rained ALL DAY. Someone up there must like these two, I know i certainly do:D

Amber and Phillip, 11th August 2007

What a wonderful day for a wedding! Yes, it may have been a bit rainy at times, but as you can see, it certainly made for some amazing images! The ceremony had a few cute little hitches. Phillip dropped Amber’s ring, and Amber had a little bit of trouble getting Phillip’s to fit! But their Flower girl stole the show, she was a total angel.

The Bridal party, consisting of Amber’s sisters and their close friends, traveled to Castle Rock Beach for the shoot. It was rained out for 30 min’s or so, and while Amber took cover in the car, the rest of the Bridal Party took cover under umbrellas, braving the light shower.

The Reception was held at The Goose, right on the Busselton Waterfront, overlooking the Famous Busselton Jetty. Such an amazing place for a reception, or even a romantic dinner! The view is to die for, and the food isn’t bad either:D

For those people worried about a little rain on their wedding day, In Italian customs, its very good luck for it to rain, it brings good fortune to your marriage, and just remember, Rain produces… RAINBOWS!
